What we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, property address and postcode, the cleaning services you select, when you would like the work done, any notes you provide, and the photos you upload.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quote, contact you about the requested work, arrange services where agreed, and keep reasonable business records. We do not use the quote form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Where your information is stored

The website is hosted using Netlify and quote information and uploaded photos are stored using Supabase. Reasonable technical controls are used to keep customer information private and restrict access to authorised administration accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the quote, provide any agreed service, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or securely disposed of.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that help operate the website and quote system, or disclosed where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including asking for access, correction or deletion. Photos

Please upload only photos relevant to the area you want cleaned. Avoid including people, vehicle number plates or other unnecessary personal information where possible.
